Chicago Community Trust Neighborhood Capital Fund
Who can apply
- Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status
Cook County real estate projects, especially on the South and West sides, with at least 75% of capital secured, site control and community input. For-profit projects must have a nonprofit partner and fiscal sponsor; housing must include a non-housing component. Projects must be within a half-mile of a local economic or community asset.
