Who can apply
- Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status
Independent 501(c)(3) arts or arts-centered organizations, generally in Chicago, with annual budgets of at least $1 million and two consecutive final independent audits. Suburban organizations must demonstrate substantial service to Chicago audiences.

General operating support, typically for three years. Published annual amounts are $55,000–$80,000; a full proposal follows review of the public letter of inquiry.
