Who can apply
- Small businesses
New Mexico-headquartered for-profit technology businesses in the state's priority sectors, with an active federal Phase I or II award or a Phase I ending within the preceding three months and plans for Phase II. At least 51% of federal project activities and at least 60% of staff must be in New Mexico.
About this grant
Commercialization grants provide up to $50,000 for eligible Phase I businesses and $100,000 for Phase II businesses. Funding supports business development, market entry and expansion beyond federally funded research. Apply through the state's online grant portal.
