Oregon SBIR/STTR Application Support Grants
Who can apply
- Small businesses
Eligible Oregon traded-sector technology businesses preparing federal SBIR/STTR Phase I, Phase II or Fast-Track proposals. State and federal business eligibility, prior-award limits and nonduplication rules apply; NSF applicants need an invitation following their Project Pitch.
About this grant
Phase 0 and Phase 00 cost-reimbursement grants pay up to $5,000 for external proposal writing, technical review and other approved preparation expenses. Payments to owners or employees and routine operating costs are excluded. This program funds proposal preparation, separately from Oregon's federal-award matching grants.
