Portland Building Energy Efficiency Grant for Small Businesses
Who can apply
- Small businesses
Registered Portland small businesses with 50 or fewer employees in commercial space under 40,000 square feet. Owners must meet at least one stated displacement, limited-capital, first-generation or income-area criterion; home-based and mobile businesses are excluded.
About this grant
The small-business track reimburses energy-saving equipment and appliance upgrades without a required match. Projects should produce at least 20% energy savings. Commercial building owners have a separate matching track.
