Who can apply
- Small businesses
Tenants and commercial property owners in seven named Atlanta tax allocation districts. Projects under 15,000 square feet; at least 25% of funds for exterior work and a match of at least 10% of the grant.
About this grant
Grants cover interior and street-visible exterior improvements, including windows, signs, lighting, HVAC and structural repairs. Eligibility is screened before access to the full application.
