Who can apply
- Small businesses
Operating or prospective business owners in eligible Baltimore corridors with at least $30,000 in project costs. Grantees commit to two permanent jobs within one year, a community benefit and three years of reporting and maintenance.
About this grant
Matches eligible build-out costs dollar for dollar, up to $70,000 or $80,000 for owner-occupied businesses. Reimbursement follows approved work; ongoing operating expenses are excluded.
