Connecticut Industry-Driven Skills Training Fund
Who can apply
- Small businesses
Connecticut employers in targeted industries, including shipbuilding, advanced manufacturing, IT, construction, healthcare and transportation. Employer participation and reimbursements are coordinated through the five local workforce development boards.
About this grant
The multiyear initiative funded in October 2025 supports on-the-job training, incumbent-worker upskilling and apprenticeships, with $1.5 million assigned to each workforce board for employer reimbursements.
