Who can apply
- Small businesses
Commercial owners or tenants with a lease in Memphis's Central Business Improvement District, current on city and county property taxes. Requires equal matching investment and approvals before work.
About this grant
Reimburses eligible visible exterior improvements. Caps are $80,000 on Main Street Mall, $60,000 in the downtown core and targeted areas, and $40,000 elsewhere in the district. Work generally must start within three months and finish within twelve.
