Nonprofits and Florida public entities undertaking eligible historic-property development, archaeological research or museum exhibits. No operations funding. One application per organization per cycle, with separate public budget-unit exceptions; one site/owner per project except contiguous archaeology. Normally 50% match, with 25% of match in cash on hand; qualifying REDI projects may receive a reduction, except state agencies/colleges/universities. Five-year program funding is capped at $3 million per organization. Requires UEI and state Substitute W-9.
