Louisiana Incumbent Worker Training — Customized Training
Who can apply
- Small businesses
Louisiana employers operating for at least three years, contributing to and complying with state unemployment insurance requirements. At least 15 incumbent employees must be trained; employers may form a consortium to meet this threshold.
About this grant
State training grants support customized skills development to retain jobs, improve productivity or address changing technology. The employer and an eligible training provider jointly prepare a training plan and online application. This is the customized-training track, separate from Small Business Employee Training.
