Minneapolis Great Streets Facade Improvement Matching Grant
Who can apply
- Small businesses
Building owners or commercial tenants with owner approval, within a Great Streets business district. Buildings must be used for retail, offices or community services.
About this grant
Reimburses storefront repairs and improvements. Per-storefront caps are $5,000 in eligible areas, $7,500 in priority areas and $10,000 in cultural districts, with respective applicant matches of $2, $1 or $0.50 per grant dollar.
