Qualifying agricultural/horticultural fair corporations receiving Article 24 premium reimbursements, county extension associations, municipalities, nonprofit corporations and tribal organizations. Nonprofits must be SFS-prequalified when applying. One grant per applicant. Projects must transport participating youth groups to eligible county/local fairs during the 2027 season, enhance agricultural awareness and provide agricultural education.
