Seattle Storefront Repair Fund
Who can apply
- Small businesses
Independently owned Seattle businesses, including eligible franchises, with at most 50 full-time-equivalent workers, five locations, annual net revenue over $1,000 and no more than $7 million, and a current city license. Public-facing premises or mobile trucks qualify. Submit paid repair documentation and a police incident number; insurance claims must be rejected and closed.
About this grant
Reimburses storefront damage occurring on or after July 1, 2024, up to $5,000 per incident and three separate incidents yearly. Stolen goods and graffiti are excluded.
