Who can apply
- Small businesses
US-based beauty CPG businesses (beauty, haircare, makeup, skincare, fragrance, bath and body) with $100K annual revenue, in business at least 1 year, and at least 51% owned by an underrepresented founder or team (including Black, AAPI, Hispanic/Latino, Indigenous, LGBTQIA+, women and first-generation immigrant founders).
About this grant
One $100,000 grant plus pro-bono consulting and a meeting with Sephora merchants for a beauty brand led by underrepresented founders. Applicants complete a business profile in the Fifteen Percent Pledge's Business Equity Community to access the application.
