Eligible properties along Main Street from SR 59 to East Cedar Street in downtown Akron. Applicants must operate legally, maintain required registrations and have no delinquent government taxes, fees or assessments. Contact DADC to confirm the property and project.
About this grant
Reimburses up to two-thirds of approved facade improvement costs, from $500 to $10,000. Applicants pay the remaining third. Eligible permanent improvements include signs, awnings, lighting and windows.
