CERF+ Emergency Relief Grant
Who can apply
- Individuals
Individual craft artists aged 18 or older who have lived and worked in the US, its territories, Tribal Nations or Indigenous communities for at least two years. Applicants need an active public-facing practice making original craft objects and a recent, substantially disruptive emergency. Prior emergency-relief grantees are ineligible. Low sales, general debt and ordinary business expenses do not qualify as emergencies.
About this grant
One-time cash relief for craft artists affected by events such as fire, flood, theft, accident or major illness. Funds can support immediate relief and recovery. Submit the online application with evidence of the craft practice and emergency; complete applications are reviewed in receipt order.
