Iowa Export Trade Assistance Program
Who can apply
- Small businesses
For-profit businesses operating an Iowa facility that process, manufacture, distribute or add value to products or provide exportable services. Applicants must meet SBA small-business standards, export U.S.-origin products or at least 51% U.S. content, and pursue new exports, markets or products. A company representative must attend.
About this grant
ETAP reimburses 75% of eligible costs, up to $8,000, for exhibiting at trade shows or joining agency trade missions outside the United States. Covered expenses include booth space, furnishings, construction, cleaning, utilities and shipping. Travel costs are excluded.
