About this grant
Provides a state matching grant to Illinois small businesses that have won federal SBIR or STTR awards, for both Phase I and Phase II. DCEO estimates $6.5 million in total funding for about 55 awards of up to $250,000. Apply via the Phase I or Phase II application form on the DCEO notice.
