Texas STAR Fund Severe Weather Assistance
Commercial agricultural producers and eligible agricultural businesses with documented disaster-related recovery expenses not paid by insurance or another government source. Hobby farms and backyard gardens are excluded. Only one award per operation is allowed within 24 months.
Austin Business Expansion Program Local Small Business Growth
Businesses with no more than 100 employees, operating in Austin for the past 12 months or displaced from Austin within 24 months. Must increase full-time employment by 10%, creating at least one full-time job, and meet wage requirements.
Dallas Small Business Assistance Program
Dallas businesses with 20 or fewer employees. Minimum investment is $150,000 in target areas or $250,000 elsewhere, excluding acquisition; total project cost must be under $2 million and 75% committed from non-city sources.
