Grants for artists

18 grants for artists and arts practitioners are open right now. The next deadline is Tuesday, Oct 27. 8 grants are coming up.

These art grants include individual applicants and reviewed artist eligibility. State arts councils can require residency, professional practice or a particular discipline; an Arts category alone does not mean an artist can apply.

Maryland’s Grants for Artists program requires independent artists with a sustained artistic practice. Other state programs have their own residency and discipline requirements.Maryland artist eligibility.
