Who can apply
- Small businesses
The fall 2026 competition targets SaaS startups incorporated less than three years ago, with a functional product and monthly recurring revenue of $5,000–$50,000. General eligibility requires a for-profit corporation, LLC or partnership, 2–29 employees and no more than $10 million in net assets excluding investor capital. Out-of-state awardees must establish 65% of jobs in Arizona within 12 months of the agreement; prior winners cannot win again.
About this grant
The competition awards $100,000 in non-dilutive grant funding to selected technology startups after required milestones are completed. Awardees also receive three months of support from an authority-designated partner. The fall 2026 round focuses on software-as-a-service companies.
